With metrics batching from #12 it's quite easy to exceed 40KB payload size limit, so I've added the support for GZIP encoding.
Though I'm not sure whether it should be configurable by user or it's ok to compress any
put_metric_datarequest.This thing is working only with ex-aws/ex_aws#601.
